We slayed 2 ranked teams including an undefeated No. 5.

6-0, Hell,  we should have been rank #1.

Rutgers games was totally fooked when the offensive line fell apart due to injury and team confidence hindered from the "forward propulsion" flag on replay TD recall.

Yeah then game in the cold and our annual FG fest and cringe worthy saga with UConn. I think this was the year UConn scored 1 TD and 5 FGs, and 2 being 50 yarders.

And the TD denying pass interference by Cincy in the final seconds.

That team was GOOD but was too reliant on the 1 deep for production and we didn't get out ahead of UConn or Cincy to overcome things good teams must like the missed flags or long FG kickers.

And taggart makes those remarks but yet he HIRED JIM LEAVITT? I like what Taggart did here and think he is a good coach but think he is a bit ignorant on this.

Call it arrogance or confidence, either way you have to call him the head football coach at FSU. Whether you think he deserves it or not, his style resonates with the players, in turn he gets results.

You don't have to like the path of his ascension,  but luck doesn't really get you where he's at. I'm sorry he left too, but jealousy doesn't look good on anyone.

His comments hurt because you allow them to. Truth is the truth. Lowkey we're jealous of a school that I'll never admit to being jealous of. There 0-12 was a dumpster fire WITH talent. Our pitiful years were a dumpster fire with little talent and a team mentality accustomed to losing.

I wish CWT the best because whatever he does, his name will always be associated with USF. We are apart of his legacy and he left us better than he found us. Now CCS is building to take us into the promise land.

Lol.  Your analogies are a mess.  Taggart definitely didn't do well on the first turn.  Or even the second turn.

He did great on the home stretch, which is where it counts, but you can't even begrudgingly give him that.

He did not do great on the home stretch. He did not get us a conference title. Our realistic goal was to win a conference title or at least play in the CCG. I am done talking about WT. It's obvious you have a hard on for him. At least you can go watch him coach. Tally isn't too far for you.

CWT put the team in the position to win the conference.  Kids did not make plays.  4th and 24 and 11 D1 football players don't make a play.

He again put the team in countless positions to win the game at UCF.  The team did not make plays.

At some point kids have to execute.

I am.  Tired of the topic so I'm changing the "narrative".

It's time for the talk to stop and the hitting to begin.

Lol posting in it just keeps it alive. I do agree though. I was just saying I dont think Taggart is a good coach. I do think he is a good salesman/recruiter. I think he helped us get better. I don't know why that is so controversial. Anyways, I am so pumped for the season! Every year the offseason seems longer lol

And what definition is that?

Be above .500?

Win your division?

Not lose to 21 point 1AA underdogs by 32 points?

Not come in 4th in your division at your perfect job?

Win a bowl game?

How about take over 3 programs that were in horrible shape and turned them around and made them contenders in a short time period leaving them much better off than he found them?

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
