Pretty crazy we’re having this conversation on the verge of 8-1. 

He’s not utilizing the talent he has to the best of its ability. High school coaches could have lead us to wins over the teams we have played.

Ya. A team recruited by and coached by an emotional salesman type coach just isn't playing for Strong who may know X's and O's but is conservative and not demonstrative. Maybe it'll get better with the ones Strong recruits for his system but we have a clear personality and philosophy issue here.

From what I’ve been told the juniors and seniors are not a huge fan of CCS and how he’s changed things up.

Strong doesn't need to care. Seniors are gone and the Juniors will be outnumbered next year.

Really is a shame. This team could have had a special year if CCS took over the defense and left the OC in place from last year.  Need to keep up with the times. Football, especially in college, is changing.

Really? I work with a senior offensive starter’s mother and she and her son have nothing but good things to say about CCS every time he comes by to visit.
