We are making this look very difficult.  Even a sub par P5 team like Illinois will beat us.

I can find one positive the vanilla play calls and that is to get the offensive line some experience in the trenches with the play depending on them.

No will ever expect that play, they should call it more often

Im not impressed with this offense. 

Holtz tried to make us a power run team. Failed. Taggart tried this same offense failed until he changed. 

Not only slow and ineffective, but back to being boring.

Play calling is vanilla which is expected. O-line getting pushed around and not picking up blitzes is not.

Gilbert better be calling vanilla offense because our opponents. Because we will win maybe 8 if this is normal offense. 

 

And O line should be embarassed
