First Loss of 2017 ?

First loss of 2017 is this post! lol We are going undefeated, winning the AAC title, sneaking into the playoffs and winning the National f**kin title bruh!!!!!

That doesn't eliminate a lot of teams as of 8/11/17.

There might be a slight scare along the way against a team that has no business hanging with us (UCONN, ECU, Tulane), but the last 3 against Houston, Tulsa, and UCF are the ones that worry me the most. Houston might have an upgrade at QB over Greg Ward, Jr. in Kyle Allen, the transfer from Texas A&M. He was 10-5 as a starter with A&M, starting the last 5 games of 2014 as a true freshman and his stats were pretty solid. He lead A&M to victories at Auburn and over West Virginia in a bowl game. Then, in 2015, he put up really good numbers as well. His only two bad games came in back-to-back weeks against Alabama and at Ole Miss. The Houston game should almost certainly be a test. 

Kyle Allen can be very good. He had some amazing passing ability in his first few games at A&M. It was rather surprising he didn't work out there.

The key stretch will be the last 3 as those are probably our toughest games which luckily we get 2 of the 3 at home. We also have 2 thursday night games which haven't been to kind to us. The UCONN game scares me a little as Edsall is the coach and he has been on of the coaches thats been a thorn in our side. We should still beat them but that one might be a little to close for comfort. Beating Illinois will get another monkey off our back as we haven't beaten anyone not to Futgers.

This is my kind of post.  

As I mentioned, I think it is premature to discuss this but if we are going to dream, dream big!
