This, if Willie is smart he will ride these guys for next season. I have come to think that if he does bolt, what does that mean in terms of USF's perception? Just a spring board job for the next up and coming? I mean how the hell do you get recruits to stay committed if the coach is gone every three years. This cycle of bs needs to stop. I and I will finish with this, Jim would still be here..

Well... if Adams can get drafted. Mack will get drafted, this year or next. Johnson may get a shot, Flowers should get a shot... the sell to recruits is that you come here and play for a chance at the next level. Coach or not, if CWT built a good foundation, you keep winning and keep scoring like our offense does, and these guys will get noticed.

Honestly, I think if CWT leaves, Mack and Flowers are gone. Even in the late rounds, Flowers has a kid now and that NFL money has to look pretty good to him with the unknown of a new coach. Mack is probably on the fence right now and a major change like that could make his decision much easier.

Not so fast, there's going to be an interview process. You need to provide your complete Publix Deli ordering history and your take on an OCS.

Typos and grammatical errors will not detract from your overall qualifications.

CWT, Mack And Flowers all leave - a dream season next year goes downhill pretty quick.

50% chance CWT is gone.

25% chance Mack enters early.

0% chance Flowers leaves.

Flowers is not going anywhere. He  likely would not even get drafted.

PJ Fleck has lived in Tampa before so maybe he would want to come back.  If Coach T goes I am on board for this guy

Sounds here (in this thread) like CWT will announce his departure right after the bowl game?

If something stupid happens and Willie does leave this year I think there's about a 99.9% chance that Mack is gone. I feel like that's the determining factor with him. Flowers, no chance.

I'd raise Mack's odds to 50% if CWT leaves. Maybe the new head coach runs an offense Mack thinks will showcase his skills a little better for the NFL. A little more blocking, catches out of the backfield, who knows. Too many moving pieces, but you're right, it all starts with CWT.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
