Why would anyone want Kiffin as a head coach? He has been a complete failure as a head coach. He gets hired again and again simply because of his name - just like Skip. 

Yeah he has had success as a coordinator, but it's for Alabama team that Nick Saban has built. I'm pretty sure you could put any schmuck as OC and the team would still win.
