It's what coaches do.  Unless coaches are at a destination job everything they tell recruits is just sales/coaching lip service.  It's been this way in the business for decades and it certainly isn't unique to CWT.  The only difference is this stuff is now far more visible due to social media (Twitter, Facebook, message boards).  This always has been and always will be the way recruiting works.  To believe otherwise is naive.
