clear fumble, but UCF player did not have control as hew went out of bounds.

play stands, IMO

Strange play, its a fumble. recovery but USF and then ripped out again on the slide, UCF player got the ball after the second one, and was in bounds. I think Play stands

So you can regain control of the ball by placing both hands on it while being on your back, slide a couple feet and still not be down. That's new to me.
