I think Woodie is a defensive innovator. New defensive is called the spread defense. 

Not one sign of an adjustment whatsoever.  Nothing.

No matter how hard you work, you can't become a fast player if you are slow.  You can get  little less slow, but that's about it.  IIRC, he wasn't supposed to be much of anything.  To his credit he's had a very nice career.
