Poor Houston, my ass.  This is what happens when you overdraft your bank account.  No one to blame but Houston themselves.  They made poor decisions, that the only poor thing here.

The Bank won't foreclose on them but, their new Section VIII residents won't help the property value either.

Exactly! You don't make big $$ decisions hoping that you are going to get a big pay day. USF was smart with their entire approach to this whole mess, saved face and money by not making any rash decisions
