I chellnge everyone here (preaching to the choir I know) to take charge of their own section or at least rows nearby to stand up and become a factor. Many people sit because they simply don't know better. It's time to turn Ray Jay into a hostile environment

They no longer allow you to bring mini megaphones to the game.  I've always brought one that I got from USF Homecoming 7 years ago.  This was the first time they told me it was not allowed passed the gate. It's a small one about 8 inches long similar to:

I made due by rolling up a few programs.  But very annoying.

I've seen a flag or two in the student section, but not on a pole.
