After next week's game at Syracuse, I think you may be right. I just hope that a good bulk of our season ticket holders think the same as you and hold onto their tickets. We need to pack Ray Jay with as much green as possible.

If we win out we should have 2 top 10 victories, if the tea leaves are correct. I would really like for us to dominate FSU. I think our guys will be really fired up for that game. They all know they have something to prove after last season.

Ever? I'm just not seeing it. It's a huge game obviously for this year but reality is, we've already beaten them once and if we do win, we'll probably "just" move into the top 20, which is freaking awesome everything considered but nothing there says "biggest game ever" to me ....

We have a history of signature wins. They've really gotten us nowhere in the grand scheme of things.

C. Florida had a signature season a couple of years ago when they won the conference and the Fiesta Bowl. Far fewer signature wins than us, though.

I hate those pukes. Let's go have a signature season!

I say ever!  At least to this point. 

The WVU game in '07 was to that point. Launched us to bigger and better things. Ultimately we squandered what that opportunity afforded us. 

Just putting up points, but not beating any high profile teams is meaningless in the bigger scheme of things. All it does it puts into the same category that Memphis or ECU was for the last couple of years. Beat the # 2 team puts us back on the national radar. Then the have to keep winning without falling flat on their faces like we did against Rutgers. 

It is the biggest game, but not a must win.  There will be another opportunity for the "biggest game" if we can get to the Conference Championship Game.  

In my opinion the "biggest game ever" is a moving target.  Depends in what opportunity the game presents.

I think the timing makes it potentially the biggest ever if it were to happen.   

When does the Big 12 vote?   Early October?  USF beating #2 FSU in front of 65,000 people makes a good case of inclusion.  It's not coming down to 1 game but it would help make the case.
