I don't get the whole targeting rule. An ECU safety smacked a NC State WR with the side of his shoulder, and it didn't hit him in the helmet either. Yes, he went high, but is hitting high against the rules too? The ball was high. I just don't get what the defense is supposed to do. It almost seems like the targeting rule is about not hitting the WR so hard, instead of about what area you hit the guy.

Ucif has some pretty boring looking uniforms. They look like a hs team. You'd think they'd have something better for a game against Michigan.
