Cord Cutting no longer comes with a price. I have 100+ streaming channels for $39. And access to more content apps than any cable or satellite provider does. I even have NFL RedZone and Network.

The only thing that keeps me from cutting the cord is the price of Internet. By the time I pay for Internet and my subscriptions, I'm at the same price of cable unfortunately.

That is how it was for me. By the time I added movie channels and the extra sports to Sling plus other streaming services (Hulu to get network shows, Netfix was necessary instead of optional) I ended up paying less to bundle my services back and I get more options.

On the Vue you chose your shows, it's unlimited to the number or by time. They are available for a month. Plus since virtually every app is accessible with your Vue Credentials they usually have shows and games archived.

You have a page of "your shows".

That is how it was for me. By the time I added movie channels and the extra sports to Sling plus other streaming services (Hulu to get network shows, Netfix was necessary instead of optional) I ended up paying less to bundle my services back and I get more options.

If you paid less to bundle then you didn't get all the streaming services with their growing unique content not available on cable/sat.

Well, you're paying for Internet already, aren't you?  That shouldn't be an additional cost for most families.  Then PlayStation Vue is +$35 or so, with great streaming options.  CBSSports is really just about the only sports network missing.  It's a no-brainer for me.

Yeah the price for Internet only is around $100 plus taxes. I pay $150 for Internet, TV, and phone. Seems like a lot of hassle for me to pay the sane amount.

Give me cheap reliable Internet and I'm all over it!

What do you do to record network shows?
