When is USF making their B12 presentation

If Yoda knew anything FSU would be in the big 10 and Louisville would be in the Big 12. This amongst other things other things he called "done deals" the last time around.

The thing about "the decision had been made in the last 24 hours" is; none of the presidents and chancellors of the Big 12 members were involved with this process. None. They still have to vote at their meeting in October and I'm still very hard pressed to believe they will agree on 14, let alone those candidates.

This is just my guess and nothing more.   I suspect that they are divided on who to add other than BYU possibly. (thinking they want to ADD only 2 this time but may be forced to go to 4 to satisfy all the Presidents voting.  Based on all we are reading  the Texas schools are pushing for Houston while the rest are pushing for Cincy . What I think has them stumped is if they are forced to go with 4 they still cant decide on the 4 schools. USF UCF make sense for all the reasons we know, in addition to the fact they don't want another WVU situation with a team on an island. So basically I believe its really down to 5-6 schools.   BYU, Houston, Cincy, USF/UCF, UConn.   Wont be surprised if its 2 or 4 of those I mention only, The rest can forget about it.  Will be interesting to see how they play it out. Regardless of the outcome, I hope USF has its ducks in a row and ready to pursue BIG aspirations if this falls thru.   Big 10 Like the Big 12 Would be smart to tap into Fla,  Tons of Big 12 transplants here and a chance to level the playing field with the SEC.

Well said!! If the Big 12 does not work out, USF must continue to build fan base and academics. Maybe years from now, Big10 will want into Florida. They may take FSU or Miami but they may open up a spot in ACC for USF.

          Per Joey Knight  Tino Martinez was part of the presentation ,don't know if "part of " means he was on the video that was presented or was in person . At any rate having Tino pitch ( pun intended  ) for the Bulls is a good thing .

The Derrick Brooks name drop has video written all over it. I was hopeful they'd leverage him, glad they got his face in there too.
