Can only compare one full season, if that's what your referencing. IF Flowers could complete 65% of his passes for a full year that would be great. I don't see that happening with his, Flowers, mechanics. I'm simply stating what, again is my opinion, Flowers needs to work on the most.

Bad mechanics and getting the ball where it's supposed to be when it's supposed to be there is one thing. Bad mechanics and missing are different.

Thanks, now I'm less encouraged.     

But I do agree.  I think this team is still good enough to win a lot of games.  But it is going to be very difficult to beat the FSU's and UH's of the world.

Tebow also had great skill players around him and a very good offensive line (at least two NFL starters). QF obviously has issues, but he makes plays and that's important for us right now.

We have a ways to go.   CWT's teams always start off slow and pick up pace.  I think we need to button things up but we have DL issues, QB throwing and special teams was a wreck.    

 

However, I am pleased the night.  Here is to a good practice week getting ready for NIU.   The competition increases and we are progressively getting more challenging teams.

We got our current WR's when our offense and QB situation was much much worse.
