Towson has gone for like 5 4th downs other teams won't go for. Don't blame them though

I am the defense is not looking good at all. Better offenses have the potential to shred it like WKU did.

Im not so concerned. We had a busted 3 plays where we had mental lapses. 

Based on what we saw last year, we were running an extremely simplified offense and in 2nd half we played a rather simplified defense. 

We basically moved the ball at will.  

My only concern is why so many of our guys cramped up

Our offense is more concerning to me. QF has no poise in the pocket and relied too much on his legs today. Better defenses will rattle him and force some bad interceptions.

Thats his game. He actually is probably one of the best qbs we have ever had protecting the ball.

Defense really wasnt that bad...

It is more about the plays the defense is not making. Only one stop on fourth down. Being out of position several times. The defense just does not look ready for the season.
