Not sure if we see anything of that money, maybe for pre-sale parking passes ? But I'm sure Tampa Jesuit has to see some kind of funds.

Does Jesuit report actual cars in the parking lot or do they just announce how many?

What difference does it make? Every parking lot reports spaces available, not actual cars parked there. Apples and Pomegranates. The parking lots in Miami do the same thing. Even in Alabama, Norbert Sabanowski,  who runs the parking lot was complaining last season about cars not parking in designated spots and leaving before the game was over. True story. :FIREdevil:

IIRC once sales hit a certain dollar figure, USF gets a percentage. Don't remember the exact numbers though

USF gets, I think, 3000 parking spots to sell season parking and keep money. No idea about concessions, but I'd be surprised if any at all ...

This article seems to indicate that USF doesn't see any revenue from concessions or parking (beyond their contractually allotted spaces). The Bucs get the first $2 million and then the TSA shares with them thereafter. While it doesn't specifically mention concessions and parking, I would imagine that those make up the numbers that they are discussing.

Have heard many media members mention that concessions for sure don't go to USF, some parking does, but I assume that's money on season passes and such. Not sure how consistent that is amongst other "renters" I the nation, but you would think a percentage of concessions should be negotiated.

According to this article, USF's rent of the stadium is between $142,500 and $153,000 per game, depending upon how many butts are in the actual seats, and not just how many tickets are distributed. I'm not sure how much of the ticket money they receive, but I haven't read anything that suggests they get any money from concessions or any share of the parking revenues beyond the season ticket holder spots they are allocated.

"In lobbying for a stadium, USF will have to explain why a venue that's good enough for Super Bowls and a college football championship isn't good enough for the Bulls. USF pays the Tampa Sports Authority a fee of $142,500 for games when attendance is less than 24,000, and $153,000 per game when it's above that threshold."

So, it is financially better to be in the RJS over an OCS?

If so -- we might as well stay (use the money to build IPFs)

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
