Ced Hill did a decent job while he was here. Had problems catching at the worst possible moments, but career wise he was decent. 

I would say toss up with Flowers until we see another year as expected from Flowers

QF wins based on last year alone.  Its one of the greatest seasons in USF history.  Cedric Hill comes in second
