Round two of Bulls Q and A, this time with the legend of the USF airwaves, Jim Louk.

From GoUSFBulls.com:

Since 1983, Jim Louk has been the voice of USF Athletics.

Louk came to USF that year as the radio play-by-play announcer for the USF men's basketball team and served as the lead voice until the conclusion of the 1996-97 season. He then made the transition to football in USF's inaugural 1997 campaign, and still serves as the team's play-by-play announcer today. Louk will come into the 2016 football season having broadcast every Bulls football game in history - a span of more than 200 games.

You've seen a number of his written features over the years as well.  Questions for Jim can range from this season to waaaaaaay back in the beginning of Bulls Football.

Please get your questions in as fast as you can. Feel free to post them here or email using this email link.

My goal is to turn in the questions before this weekend.

Thanks,

Brad

With our current conference affiliation, do you think USF could create another "hot dog environment" similar to the game against WVU in 2007?

USF vs Houston if both are still winning as expected.

But can you have a hot dog environment without the Yankees?

Do you miss calling the men's basketball games? Who were some of the players from your first game?

Men's basketball, who would you put in to shoot a three to win? Dobras? Sharp? Somebody else?

What was the most memorable men's basketball game for you?

How did you react when USF men's basketball got into the Dance a few years ago -and won games?

In your opinion, how long before we make it back to the Dance?

The two handed set shot was such a key component of the game when you started broadcasting for USF. Do you think it will ever come back?

You are implying someone else is old? You? Really?

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
