Could work in our favor. If he misses entire year, can't he petition for a medical waiver which gives him an extra year? Thus we would have him for 2 years after Flowers instead of 1?

Nope, Houston had a documented injury for the 2006 season so that was a medical redshirt year even though he probably would not have played anyway.

I am hoping we have very little injuries this season

We need AW ready for when USF experiences it's first lose of the season and a large portion of TBP members demand a change at QB before CWT runs the bus off the road again.
