Email: Clear Bag Policy Returns for USF Football Games

I never had any issues with emails. In fact, I get double, since they use my former student address and my current work address. I know I can stop them, but I'd prefer not too.

Heck some of the emails are "priority" so I even get a push notification.

Mine are supposed to go to my old student account. But it seems I'm also having some issues with my ticket account now. It's all pretty weird.

I know it sounds frustrating but all of the guys are super helpful if you give them a call or even use the live chat function. Sorry you're having issues though, I know that would make any of us antsy! Sometimes Ticketmaster screws up too.

Yeah it's a weird situation because it literally worked a few days ago, and I didn't make any changes. Can't get a password reset email either. Going to chat or call tomorrow.

My guess would be not allowed under the very first item:

Prohibited items include:

• All food, drinks, cans, bottles and glass
• Any item that can’t fit under a guest’s seat
• Drugs and narcotics (prescription medication exception)
• Backpacks, duffel bags or large bags
• Bags/Cases not approved in accordance with the clear bag policy
• Banners or flags with sticks or poles; items that could obstruct view
• Fireworks
• Glass
• Video cameras and Cameras longer than 12 inches (includes body, lens and filter)
• Camera bags/Binocular cases
• Coolers and hard containers
• Artificial noisemakers (air horns, bullhorns, whistles, vuvuzuelas, etc.)
• Items that could be missiles or projectiles
• Horns/Lasers
• Pets (except assistive animals)
• Recreational balls and equipment of any type (including footballs)
• Seat cushions
• Skates, skateboards, skate-shoes, all cycles and Segways
• Sticks/Poles/Camera”Selfie” Sticks or extenders
• Strollers
• Umbrellas or anything that would obstruct view
• Unmanned Aircraft Systems & Radio Controlled Model Aircraft/Drones (strictly prohibited on stadium property including parking lots, stadium exterior and inside the stadium)
• Unlawful weapons/fireworks (except those required by Florida Law or the Licensee’s admission policy)*
