Not enough exclamation points, is this really Bull Daly?

If this team goes 6-6 with this talent and schedule, then fire CWT.

This is offensively, the most stacked USF team of all time, IMO.

You can't discount the benefit of having all 5 starters on the OL healthy and staring every game last year. The OL is certainly a question mark, but it could easily go either way this year, better or worse.

QF is not, nor ever will be, a drop back passer where he needs dominant pass blockers.  For the running game, all they need to do is give QF/MM a crease and they're gone.  Mack rushed for nearly 1400 yards and QF 1000.  And that's not including the 400-500 yards you're going to get out of Tice and Johnson and possibly even Sands this year.

If the OL is merely mediocre, the Bulls will roll this year.  You will think you're watching Baylor half the time.

Remember Rich Rod's WVU teams with Pat White and Steve Slaton in the backfield.  QF/MM may end up being a better version of White/Slaton before all is done.

If USF doesn't win 10 games this year, the team underachieved.

C'mon, man. Can't we just let them be and enjoy what we're getting instead of making ridiculous comparisons?

Pat White threw for 6000 yards and ran for another 4500 in his career with 103 total TDs. QF needs to rack up another 3600 yards in the air (doable), 34 TDs (also doable), 3500 yards on the ground (nope), and 35 rushing TDs (nope as well). White easily smoked QF's freshman year. Sophomore year is a push, but I'll give it to QF. If QF maintains, he'll likely be at or slightly ahead of Pat White's passing numbers, but rushing isn't even going to be within 500 yards and 10 TDs.

And as good as Mack is and has been, White vs. Flowers is actually a closer comparison. Mack went for 1200 or so yards from scrimmage with 9 TDs as a freshman. 1492 and 9 last year. He only needs 2100 yards next year and 37 TDs to catch Slaton's three year production.

He did call them an outstanding backfield so it does appear that he does have some kind of a clue. It looks like the problem, as he apparently sees it, is the unproven OL in front of them and that's kind of hard to argue with at this point .....

And still went on to say that the Bulls will disappoint. Goes to show he doesn't know how good they are, because those two are another year older, another year stronger, another year smarter and will outscore just about everyone on our schedule. Are there question marks about the Oline? Sure. Do we play in the SEC? Nope. Those guys don't have to be out of this world for us to score against the weak schedule. Nothing is guaranteed, but Taggart has recruited well enough that they shouldn't be awful.

Am I missing something, how is he an idiot? He has us winning the East and losing to Houston. That's where I see us and I'm guessing the majority of the country as well. That would put us in the range of 8-11 wins before the championship game.

He also says Willie Taggart has the 2nd hottest seat in the conference. Nonsense.

So funny how time changes everything. Last year the bandwagon was blaring the mantra of Fire Taggart! Flowers sucks bring back Bench! And anyone who dared pop up there head long enough to consider the Bulls to be a capable team immediately had said head removed from their shoulders. Now it's Flowers/Mack for Heisman, national championship or bust! And now anyone who dares pop up there head long enough to consider the weaknesses of the Bulls immediately are having said head removed from their shoulders.

The good thing about Message boards is they are like a study in the Delphi method, We can ignore the extremes and focus on the mean and get a very accurate forecast.

Duh. We have no weaknesses to consider, that's why nobody considers it.
