If Woolard got the settlement he deserved, someone would simply mail him a box full of assorted turds: human, dog, cat, Skip Holtz himself, etc.

This is a bigger issue than the payout Woolard received. If Schools in other states are able to guarentee payouts for the remainder of your contract then we should be able to do the same. To not allow

Sooooo, basically they're harassing us for taking in less money than we should have and paying more money than we should have?

Does that mean we can force DW and Wulff to reimburse us?

Can't blame Woolard for getting paid. Can blame his higher up for setting the payments up, though.

This is a bigger issue than the payout Woolard received. If Schools in other states are able to guarentee payouts for the remainder of your contract then we should be able to do the same. To not allow us to operate this way puts us at a disadvantage to attract talented ppl to USF Athletics.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out where the foul is in comparison to every other university that does an athletics buyout. Didn't Brent Key get a $700K one to not coach C. Florida? Curious what this means for our current contracts.
