After two rounds, USF is in 5th place and only two shots back of 3rd place.

Considering that there are nine teams in the top 25 in this field, even a top 5 showing by USF would move us up in the rankings. Many of these teams are expected to be vying for the national championship.

That quadruple bogey by Rigel has got to hurt. Hopefully he can recover from that.

Not a strong finish for us today. Team shot +11 for the 3rd round, and finished +28 for the tournament, Currently sitting in 10th place.

We finished in 8th place. At least we ended up ahead of #5 FSU  (11th place) and #7 UF (15th place). LOL

I think we can consider ourselves the best golf team in Fla now, after a couple of matches that both teams were included in the same field.  We also beat a quality UNF team too in another tourney.

USF moves up to #15 in the Golf Stat Rankings. FSU drops to #7 and UF drops to #19. 

 

If im not mistaken, every contest that FSU or UF has been in the field this spring we finished higher than them.

That's true.

They have taken a step back and we have gotten better, since the end of the fall season.
