I can't make myself angry about this loss. I never expected a bowl at the beginning of the year, so to see the team actually try to win while down by multiple TDs in the fourth was a definite improvement.

Our secondary needs done tuning, run game was severely limited by their D, QB play was on and off and WRs still aren't at the level they should be at. It'll get there. This year has laid the foundation for a strong team next year.

WKU did what they needed to do and won. Blame it on the field, refs, whatever you want, we couldn't pull it off today. WKU deserves the win this time.

I'm looking forward to watching QF and AW compete.

Agreed. Our defense was worse than the officials.

Our O scored 35 and the QB is taking the heat from absolute morons.

Absolute morons....I never said we lost because of QF. Actually our defense was horrible along with our qb play. It was a team lose for sure. Every aspect of the game was horribly executed. I won't call you names because quiet frankly that's not my style.

I'll just say I hope there'sa legit qb competition next year and I hope the best man gets to play.

Go Bulls.

Sweet jeebus, one bad passing game from Flowers and people are calling for his head.

I don't know about you guys sometimes.

Was it a great game? No. They did put up 35 pts on offense though with 2 missed FGs.

Too bad, but WKU played a good game plan and in particular a killer 3rd Q...with no turnover points. They earned the win.

It looks to me like WKU is a pretty good team. They only lost 2 games @Indiana 38-35 and @LSU 48-20. The fewest points they scored all year was 35 in their win vs Florida Atlantic outside of their loss @LSU and their win @Vanderbilt. We managed to score 35 against them which is more than everyone they played except their win @Vanderbilt, their loss @LSU, and their win vs Louisiana Tech who had a high scoring offense with Jeff Driscol.

WKU was the better team. I can't be upset with that. Rest up, next year can be a very special year for us.

3rd has been bad for us most of the season on defense. Not sure why we would come out flat, but it was definitely our Achilles heel

Teams are making adjustments, and we aren't adjusting fast enough.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
