You know just after I had to eat crow over not trusting the man & I hear this!  I have lost some respect for him but if he wants out that badly then don't let the door hit you in the arse on the way out!!

I agree with those posting that the AD not give him a raise.  A bonus for Bowl bound & win maybe but no big raise till we see how he does next year.

Stupid extension 

If a good season next year school will need to offer 2.5 million plus and 4 year extension.  I would give a bonus 500k if conference won paid each year it was won..

Did you support Skip Holtz's hire? 

Cali, I did until I realized he was a great talker but on the field & recruiting he bombed. So, had no problems with his firing.  The only thing I would give him credit on was he pushed academics & I think our team GPA improved under him.

you actually think Taggart would be "pretty dumb to leave now"?  you obviously know nothing about football and coaching.  USCe is a HUGE, top tier job that is probably one of the top 10 coaching gigs, but you think CWT should stay at a crappy AAC team that will NEVER become close to the prestige of coaching USCe.

S.Car is not top tier. They aren't even tops in their state. Clemson is the flagship university. Who are the great coaches from there? Lou Holtz and Spurrier? The last SEC title was...never. Last national title was...never.

Never directly but I remember quite a few "even my niece seen that we should throw more" type posts. All you would have to do is open up an earlier thread, even in some of our recent threads people argue the turnaround should have been sooner. Or if CWT would have gotten out of his own way Mike White could have lead this team to a greater season last year. His first year with the horrible dumpster fire there were those crying bloody murder. 

If you don't remember it has to be selective memory. I never said everyone, just a very vocal minority. The team at the  beginning wasn't firing on all cylinders but it wasn't horrible aside from Maryland. I personally don't like how  we seem to turn on him.  Look at the  on this thread alone. Makes our fan base seem two faced. I would take note, that's all I'm saying. It's easy to love him when you see the end result, I always remember those who turned their backs when I was down. 

Lulz at you thinking that the 25 or so regular posters here are "our fan base"...
