I can predict with 95 percent assurance (that's audit quality!) that the next coach of the USF Bulls will not be Greg Schiano. Skingraft has his sources. I have mine. And if not for the fact that religious reasons prevent me from betting, I'd put money on it.

Your post bringing up Louisville says otherwise, but maybe it was a senior moment for you. I'm sure you knew it.

I thinks the part he was refering to was the Petrino going to Atlanta

Ah right you all are. I misremembered. Petrino was let go from ARKANSAS for the motorcycle escapade, not the Ville. But Louisville still hired him back after both that public mess and the fact that he left them to begin with. So, not a direct case to disprove the idea of not hiring somebody back after getting rid of them, but not altogether useless reference.

We lost out on Charlie Strong once due to timing. Harlan won't let that happen again, I hope. He wasn't a great cultural fit for Texas, but I bet he'd be a bargain hire to take us to new heights...

Faza you were on TV! Lol...I am sure you are aware :)

couldnt miss that jersey even in la

My money is on you as well and my assurance level is 99.9995%.  The 0.0005% is there just in case the administration overrides Harlan's choice based upon input from an outside consultant (Doug Woolard).  Far fetched I know, but I certainly never thought the administration would cut off their nose to spite their face when they sent Jim Leavitt packing.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
