No. Flowers should start and Bench should come in if he struggles. So far QF has thrown for 4 TDs in two games. This offense is predicated on running the ball and hitting the opponent with long passes

What you haven't seen all the evidence? Its been posted on here numerous times. All the games he has won for USF? All the other QBs he has beat for the starting job?

Obviously we have the same problem that Urban Meyer had at UF. Start Tebow or Chris Leak, with Bench being leak and Flowers being Tebow. I think that is what I have gathered here.

Also, Bench has never been given a fair shot. Flowers has started 3 total games and has been given a fair shot.

I think it was Cali who said "SB is basically Bobby Eveld who runs a little bit faster." Probably the most accurate statement I have read on Bench.
