Terrible?  That first TD reminded me of Grothe, the way he scrambled around.  I think USF finally has a playmaker at QB.   11-15 passing.

A couple of those "darts" were suspect reads and would've probably been picked by a better and non gassed defense.

It's also the first game of the year. He's 2 td's 1 int with positive plays with his legs. Yeah absolutely terrible smh

15 passes 11 completions 136 yds 2 TDs 1 int. in one half. It's been awhile we had that even vs a 1 AA team in one half . Thought he settled after a rough start

I love this kid and I'm really rooting for him.  That said, he really just does not throw like a bona fide QB.   Too much air under the ball.    I love the two TD passes, but he's making me really nervous.  He threw a screen pass into the dirt tonight.

 

QF will probably scramble for a lot of first downs that other QBs would not get.  He will also miss a lot of completions other QBs would get.   I hope the former balances out the latter, and we get our 6 wins.
