Obviously post season play is out of the question for this year (not counting Conference Tourney).  I believe the rest of this year sets the tone for how we look going into next year and beyond.  So now we are 2/3 of the way into Coach O's tenure.  The hardest stretch of the season is  over.  Currently we are 7-15 (1-8 in conference) with 9 games left here is our schedule:

Temple      15-7  (6-3)

Cincy        15-5 (6-2)

UCF          9-12 (2-9)  Two games

Memphis   13-8 (6-3)

Houston    8-12 (0-8) Two Games

ECU          8-12 (1-6)

Tulane      13-9 (4-6)

I would like to see this team go at least 6-3 to finish out the year with at least 1 win vs Temple, Cincy or Memphis.  i want to see the team play with the enthusiasm and energy that they brough the first few games of the year and I really want the team, Antigua and the entire program give us some real hope that these final 9 games are the beginning of the turnaround.

I had no real expectations of success this year because of the youth of the team and because there were so many changes to the program from top to bottom.  There are no games remaining on the schedule that we should not at least be competitive in.  I believe that every game is winnable. If we are to believe that a tunraround in our fortunes is coming, that tend needs to begin now.

A few things.

- 6-3 would be a coup. The way we've played winning 3 of those games would be amazing.

- I do believe that a portion of this years team will have futures at USF, the more realistic take is that the current class we have coming in will probably be the future. What I'm saying is, the play we've seen this year doesn't necessarily reflect the play and talent we have coming in. They're all likely going to get the minutes next year

6-3 is delusional

3-6 is far more likely

All I ask is that they play well, and have a chance to win at the end. Though I disagree with the last playcall in regulation, the way we played against Tulsa was impressive. But we're so uneven, it's unlikely we can sustain that.

I'll watch each game left, with hope, but without expectation.

Go Bulls!

2-4 at best. Sorry but this team is terrible.

Considering the huge roster change coming before next season I don't see where these last stretch of games means anything unless we are talking about the development of Guerrero, Zeigler, and maybe Holston and Morillo. Don't know yet if Perry will ever play again until further notice. I don't see anybody else being brought back. We're going to have 6-8 new players on the roster next season imo.

COA is bringing in major players for next season. I expect to see USF competting for NIT or NCAA next season.

Don't do that man. Let's just see us if we can get through a season.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
