Stephen Buckshot ("Buck") Calvert - QB (2016)

Looks the part, limited film ( 1 play LOL)  but looked like he has quick feet and a strong arm.  Could bulk up a bit but could be the future QB we've all been waiting for.

 

Gotta love any QB with a middle name of Buckshot and called "Buck" for short.

Strong arm, but to me 7 on 7 is a joke. Doesn't show how a kid reacts and makes his reads under pressure. I'm sure we'll see more on him later this year when 2016 recruiting picks up though.

Some of the first things that stand out to me about him are all throwing ability related, so that's a good start if you're one of those guys that thinks you can teach a player everything except the natural talent aspect of it.

 

That ball he threw for the touchdown came out HOT.

 

He's got huge hands from what I can see. That's a good sign.

 

Little bit wristy on the delivery.

 

Ball spin is perfect in 7 on 7 settings...and that throw in the video.

 

Not concerned about his thin frame.
