Most of the time the QB or WR coach is the "passing coordinator" and the RB or linemen coach is the "running game coordinator" whether or not it's a official title. It makes sense since they are the coaches more involved with that type of play and the players involved. I've seen it for both collegiate and NFL teams On the defense side, some teams have the secondary's coaches with the title of the "passing defense coordinator" and the lineman coach as the "running defense coordinator" OREGON Mark Helfrich - Head Coach Scott Frost - Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks Matt Lubick - Passing Game Coordinator/Wide Receivers Steve Greatwood - Running Game Coordinator/Offensive Line USC Steve Sarkisian - Head Coach Tim Drevno - Offensive Line Coach/Running Game Coordinator Clay Helton - Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks Coach Edited December 20, 2014 by Dogma

Probably time to start a "what HC candidates are available for 2016 thread!"

I thought the Wisconsin game was nice. It was the inability of the players to do what he wanted them to do. Frankly it was not their gifting to be a power run game. We are not going to have mammoth O line that he wants. I think going back to a spread type offense will be just what we need. Even if he fails it gets us ready for the next coach.
