Love that guy.

Until we get passed over then everyone will call him a bum or blame Woolard or Genshaft.

That's the way it works on TBP

Don't forget Holtz .... Remember, he singlehandedly destroyed the football program.

Seriously though, it will be Taggart's fault.

I'm just glad that USF has let go of the conference-flag-bearing responsibilities. Our new AD shoots it as he sees it.

Genshaft: I'm Bullish on the Big East 1:01 pm Mon February 27, 2012

[...] And she talked about USF's decision to stay with the Big East, even as other schools (like WVU in my home state of West Virginia) are leaving.

"I am bullish on the Big East," she said.

"I believe we have built a group of schools across the United State that will be even stronger than before, and more interesting, because we are the only conference which goes from one end of the continent to the other.

"I think it will be very interesting for us to have this kind of opportunity to play east schools as well as west schools," she said. [...]

Who knows where we be if Leavitt could control himself and not hit someone. Agree with smazza with having a role Bc if not he would have coached at least a few more years. We probably would be in the discussion more for realignment if he was still here even if he did plateau as a coach

Holtz worst move as a coach at USF was hiring DC Chris Cosh. Where the heck is Cosh coaching at now? High School??

Who knows where we will be right now if USF would have gave Leavitt a slap on the wrist and never fired him.

He's the current DL coach at U. of Buffalo.

"While at Maryland, Cosh was frequently criticized by fans for the inconsistent performance by Maryland's defense, which was described as "poor to occasionally impressive". Friedgen praised Cosh's recruiting but showed public frustration with Cosh's in-game coaching."

Yup!! That is what we went through too

If the Leach and Mangino incident didn't happen I bet they would. They had to fire him after all of those recent events
