So after putting his system in place in the NFL let's look how it stacks up.

Of 32 teams

Per game -

points - 18.8 (rank 26)

Yards - 319.4 (rank 24)

Pass Yards - 205.9 (rank 27)

rush yards - 113.5 (rank 15)

Basically his passing sucks, near league bottom, running is mediocore, not even in the top 1/4 of teams despite being the supposed strength of his system, total yards bottom half of league, and can't even score 20 points per game. I mean 18.8 points a game, that is so close to our 17 point average it isn't a coincidence. The offense just isn't designed to score all that much. It's a slow, make 3 to 8 yards per snap offense.

This offense even in the nfl has all of the same problems ours does.

Horrible passing, average rushing, and averages approx 18 points a game.

It's just a sub par system plain and simple. It will be especially difficult to make work at the college level where you don't get draft picks, trades, or the time for players to learn complex systems.

We're all #blessed to be able to watch this scheme every Saturday during the college football season.

Multiple NFL and Michigan sources had said for weeks that 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh was not expected to wind up at Michigan, but in recent days at least one person familiar with his thinking said he was at least "considering it."

According to multiple reports, Michigan has made a six-year, $49 million offer to Harbaugh. The offer was earlier reported by CBS5 in Arizona.

The annual average pay of $8.17 million would make Harbaugh the highest-paid college football coach, surpassing Alabama's Nick Saban by more than $1.21 million.

Another person close to the process said that while it was possible Harbaugh could wind up at Michigan, "it was not likely."

Asked why he was considering it now, but hadn't been previously, one person said now that the 49ers are out of the playoffs, it was possible for Harbaugh to at least consider the offer.

Crazy that he would make more than Saban. Saban should be highest paid coach in football for what he has done. Not saying I'm a Saban guy, but you can't deny what he as done.

You also can't deny what Harbaugh has done on both the college level (USD and Stanford, especially) AND the pro level.

Harbaugh should get an SEC gig, he would probably surpass Saban at some point.
