Some other interesting points from the article ....

 

Taggart had more of an uphill battle when he replaced Holtz, as the team was clearly regressing, but a third straight losing season under Taggart shouldn’t be acceptable
for USF.

 

Taggart is in a different situation, trying to make up for Holtz’s poor recruiting on the job and inheriting the fans’ dwindling patience after Holtz’s last two losing seasons.

Wow can't believe Tulsa fired Blanketship after he led them to a Conference Championship his 2nd year. Even after 2 bad seasons, I'd kill for any kind of conference championship right now. Who does Tulsa think they are lol, us?

No touchdowns against UCF is unacceptable.   This team did not improve as the season went on.

You all clearly don't remember last year. I never expected us to win ever. This year we're mad because we didn't. That's growth lol

This. 1st and goal from the 1 and we turn that into 4th and goal from the 22. We had 6 freaking turnovers against Maryland and still lost. I've never heard of that happening before.
