The OCS cheerleading is getting ridiculous. The fanbase is complaining it can't afford to pay for a decent coach. How much are stadiums and upkeep? For 6 games a season.

OCS is an investment...

You mean a risky investment you can never get rid of.

Like the football program?

Judy and the boosters killed that investment by firing Leavitt because of PC BS. Been said tons of times and will be said forever until USF starts to win again. USF football was a cash cow to the school. They just got greedy and wanted more. The boosters messed up! They may have tons of money, but I will never trust my life with them.

That PC BS is BS. Ask PSU about that. They covered up sexual abuse and look what happened. You cover up anything and it comes out and that will severely impact the program's future.

Let's just use the old soccer stadium, because that is how many fans are coming out to the games.

USF is not broke, not by a far margin.  We can afford some upgrades and the OCS will come in time.  Unfortunately we need to rebuild our program... again

You can get rid of programs, like Tampa or recently Hofstra did. And at either FIU or FAU their new stadium severely restricted the athletic budget.

More BS!! You are very biased! You love to play your Madden football video games and you love your NFL. Of course you dont want USF to leave RJS which is a nice stadium. So you will never understand the need for an OCS. Your arguments against an OCS have been thrown out in the trash. USF is doing a study of having an OCS, so we willl see very soon.

You're the one blabbering about an OCS every day. It ain't happening any time soon, get over it. The donor base isn't there, the fan base isn't there. Unless you're a millionaire and want to buy one,get over it. Edited by slick1ru2

Why penalize our soccer programs for football? Soccer programs deserve their own stadium. They dont need to share it.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
