I always like a college QB who can run. Of course having seen our OL over the years it used to be a requirement.

2 star WR on Rivals.  Looks like good size, at 6'3", 200.  Decent offers, if you believe the list.

 

ESPN has him as 3 star, with similar offers...but none from USF.
