My gosh the SEC might be all four teams if FSU loses. Ridiculous.

We all know the Top 4 will change. Auburn plays Ole Miss this week, along with an eventual matchup of the Iron Bowl (Bama and Auburn), Egg Bowl (MSU and Ole Miss), etc. the playoffs are far from complete. Considering the up coming match ups... this season is almost like some weird 6 team playoff with teams already matched up and two more teams yet to he determined. Should not have these teams be chosen every week. Just once at the end of the season imo. Edited October 29, 2014 by Gismo

It's already a given that the entire SEC west is the national champion.

And FSU loses... that wold mean #1 MSt plays #2 Ole Miss... Let's say it's a close game... and #2 Ole Miss wins... would #1 MSt drop to #5? They might drop from 1 to 4... given wins over 'Bama, Auburn, and LSU... Ole Miss would play Georgia, and be a lock on #1... MSt could slip to 4 or 5 ... and be at home on championship weekend when a possible upsets could (hypothetically) see Oregon lose to ASU again... Or chaos could reign among the 1-loss crowd... TCU, K State, and Baylor have some tough games coming up... Michigan State and Nebraska could face issues... we know the SEC West teams have some round-robin ahead... Utah, Arizona, ASU, and Oregon... What could happen is you might see Ole Miss and MSt as one of a few 1-loss teams... The bottom line is there is a lot of football left to be played... but given how many games are left with two Top 25 teams, it's not unreasonable to expect the SEC to have at least two teams in the Top 4 at the end of the season.
