I'd be doing what SMU apparent is doing. Looking at quality out of work BCS coaches first and coordinators for successful P5 teams. And be prepared to pay for quality.

Really not much point in doing this.  CWT is going nowhere anytime soon.  Plus, he wasn't responsible for the reincarnation of Matt Floyd in Mike White, along with temporary manifestations in Bench and Ciabatti.

I think he should be given 3 seasons. He is at the halfway point.

Its not about how you start, it's how you finish, at this point it is too soon for the team and for USF pocket book and no coach will want to come here.
