Who else wants the names on the back of the jerseys?

ME!!!  I miss the names on the back of the jerseys.  I was bad at picking out our players before, now forget about it.  Please change the jerseys.

Personally, I prefer the names on the back of the jersey.  Hate having to constantly check the roster while the game is going on to check on who did what.

This year I had to learn names to numbers, which was more fun than I thought.

WIth a young team, I would like this. But I get why we didn't. And it seems to be working. 3-4 with a bowl game in sight.

Does NOT putting names on the back of uniforms really motivate the players to play better as a team? It just seems like coach-speak BS that spilled out onto the field somehow.

I think for senior night, it would be cool/fine if the Seniors had their names on their backs. It would be like they "earned" the recognition.

I know the names and numbers of the majority of the kids that get regular PT so it's not a big deal to me either way

Put them back, but honestly, it's not that hard to tell who's who. Yeah, I can't tell when the starters exit or special teamers are in who's making the play, but I can tell you the difference between Mack and Johnson or Godwin and .. ??? ... back there regardless of numbers or names.
