I'm really proud of our guys. Did you see that one-handed catch Johnson made? And, of course, Mack is smooth as silk, and has that burst!

LOL, I was asking the same thing at the watch party. The one time we really want to dominate the run game, and wind the clock down, and our best back is on the bench. SMH at Taggart's play-calling choices.

SMH at Taggart's play-calling choices. it's called using a fresh back. Johnson did really well. Personally I think we have a good group. not a lot of dropoff. if a guy is dinged up or tired they should go to the next man up.

If he and Mack stay healthy, in 2 years, they could be a nasty duo. Perhaps almost as good as Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams were at Aurburn

He's a great option to run the clock down at the end of games and as a change of pace to Mack.

Yesterday was the most we've seen so I'm assuming that's the plan. Mack is clearly the top guy, but Johnson will be able to keep him fresh and looks like he's got it too. Could be a special duo for the next few years. Willie has an eye for RBs it seems.

Honestly if he got the same reps as Mack I don't think there would be much of a drop off, perhaps a little less "burst". Both are gifted. Tice was solid too. Yea Mack is our best back but we have another back that is stubborn and hits the first hole he sees. Welcome Mr. Johnson which is exactly what we needed at that point. Mack is patient and can hit the big run, but they were lining up to stop the run and we needed the back who was going full steam in the first gap he saw. Well played coaching staff. You can't plese these fans on here. Always try to turn it negitive.
