Putting our schedule into much needed perspective

NC state is undefeated and has been taking it to the number one team in the country almost 4 quarters

Wisconsin is undefeated

Maryland is undefeated if not for a 3 pt field goal loss last second to WVU 40-37

Western Carolina is undefeated in every game after our opener.

ECU is undefeated outside of a contested loss to top SEC team USC, and they manhandled UNC 70 to whatever

Our schedule is actually a lot tougher than it first looked on paper. And given that were in a rebuilding process anyway I think were playing better football as the year has gone on.

They came out strong, but with a 34 point swing, FSU killed them. They're going to be a solid squad in the coming years.

USF is 3-14 against FBS teams under Taggart, with 2 of those wins coming against UConn. Are you suggesting that we move to an FCS schedule or that we schedule UConn 12 teams a year?

Looking at Taggart's tenure I am not sure what point you are trying to make with this thread.

I totally disagree, East Carolina has played a tougher schedule.

You are correct SANJAY - 2-10 last year, 1-2 this year = 3-12 overall.  In fact,under Taggart USF has not lost 14 games yet (he is 4-13 overall).

Personally i think it gets ugly against ECU. We just don't match up. Their receivers are sick.
