NIU? If we're going to schedule Illinois teams we couldn't have at least scheduled Northwestern?

Not excited about NIU. Who knew there  was a clamor for a continuation of the 2009 International Bowl?

However, as Jim points out the 2016 - 2017 schedules aren't bad.
