Ecu only has 4 returning starters on defense...not saying they arent playing great but maybe vtech and nc arent that good

Exactly, Va Tech was extremely overrated at #17 when they beat them and North Carolina has never been a powerhouse, just always decent. They did hang with South Carolina though. Right now, I'd say the top teams are ECU, Cincy, Temple. UCF is pretty good too, despite their record.

AAC turned out to be a good conference. Much respect to our commisioner for pulling this off. There is a rumor that BYU may join AAC to help them get more access to the big bowl games. So we shall see!

I believe the AAC is the best non P5 conference that should get their top team in one of the access bowls.
