Temple looks to be the real deal. They have a legit QB. I think they have turned the corner from a lot of close losses last year (only 3 losses by more than 10 points to Notre Dame, Louisville and Cincy). Believe they will be near the top of the conference when all is said and done.

 

59-0 is how you handle an FCS team.

Just glad that we dont play Temple this season as we are not ready for that yet. We are heading in right direction but we are just not there yet.

Sad state of affairs for SMU. They were getting 34.5 points at home aganst TAMU. With 9 minutes left in the 2nd quarter it is 31-0. Ouch. East Carolina vs North Carolina shaping up to be a close one 20-14 NC right now.

Rumors were hot and heavy SMU was  after Heupel who is the Sooners OC right now.  You'd probably rather go after someone with head coaching experience, but that sounds like a great hire if they can pull it off.  I wish we had SMU a little earlier on the schedule.

Will have to see how they fair against Cincy.
