That's just what we need is for USF to announce they are spending 150 TO 250 million on a new OCS ,   I would have to really question Leadership (Judy and Harlan) if they did.    We need to fix this mess first.  OCS needs to be put on hold until we show we can win games consistently and have the fan support.

They need to do the feasiblity study, though, just to shut up one side or the other about it ...

We can do it for half that ..... but honestly, I'd love for them to do one and find out what kind of financial effect this would have on the donors and fanbase.
