And it needs an O-line that pushes people around. I've yet to see O-line progress under CWT's tenure. Offensively as a whole, we haven't got all the players to that fit this system; we've got some. We are like a caterpillar in mid-transformation. What are we transforming into and how long will it take??? Any immobile college QB we put in there will get killed. CWT needs to go with Bench or Flowers because of their mobility factor. Here's the bottom line: Offensively and defensively, if this coaching staff doesn't adapt the scheme to the players that we have, this is going to be another failed rebuilding project at USF. We don't have the players to run this system. Defensively we are horrible without turnovers so we've been exposed on both sides if the ball now. Taggart needs to make big changes. The problem is that Taggart thinks we can be successful this season. IDK. Prove us wrong?

Look at Miami in the glory years. This offense will never work here....not only is not working but it's boring as hell and right now this program needs excitement....any type of excitement. He will never be able to recruit well enough for it to consistently work. He should open up the playbook and run more spread concepts and go with Bench and Flowers from here on out. The product at Ray Jay right now is bad boring football. Only diehard and masochists are left. This program is not strong enough to take much more of this. Come on Willie put down the ego and do what's best for the program.

Although with that being said, I totally agree that this scheme on offense is the issue.
