So much salt on the board today.  I stand by my 4-6 win prediction at the beginning of the year.  We can get better and we play mostly crap competition the rest of the year. (Just skip the Wisconsin game, no one needs to see that)  Still rebuilding.  Give it more time.

Anyone watching him mutter and putter along the sideline unengaged and unemotional understands that it is worse than watching paint dry. I wouldn't hire his sorry ass as a GA if I was HC.  He's completely checked out and so has his team.  I've seen monkey **** fights at the zoo that looked more organized than the USF football team we watched in person for all four quarters of this fiasco.  Another year of Taggart will be the shoveling of dirt over the rotting corpse of USF football.

Whether he believes what he is saying to the press or not he still has to get this team to play the rest of the season.

From what I've read on these fine boards the conference title is all that matters. And we're technically still in it. There's no way in hell but technically.

There is time to save it on the field.  One more squeaker of a win with 30% completion rate and the scoring from special teams or defense and there may not be time to save it off the field/in the stands.  Did you see some of the photos of the stadium at the start of the second half?  there could not have been more than 5,000 fans there and it got worse.  

 

The program is at a dire juncture.  Even if we win it is probably still a mess.
