But the takeaway I see is that UCF misses Storm Johnson terribly. Stanbeck can't get to the outside, so they are resorting to using WR reverses to run to the outside. We couldn''t establish the run or block long enough to give Holman time to throw it down field.

Everything went downhill after halftime. Holman is going to be good Edited September 13, 2014 by ambienknights

A solid power back that can move the pile, but he isn't a back that scares opposing defenses. UCF fans better hope Hall can develop into that guy. Holman will be brought along like they taught BB. Justin may not have BB's long ball touch but he does have one helluva of an arm. Who is the person Hall that you referenced? I think it was Hall that was the #2 RB I saw out there from time to time. But I was kind of hopping around so I might have the name wrong. But there seemed to be another RB that was more speedy and elusive than Stanbeck.

He's a jack of all trades kind of guy and we certainly missed him vs. PSU. The season, and it's record, is what it is, but we could easily be looking at 1-1 had we switched to Holman sooner in week one. Oh, well. You move on. Can't wait for conference play to start, still a chance to go undefeated there.

I think you've got issues at RB. But I'd take half your offense over what ours did this week.

They even had Periman running them ....which is new....and unlike unlike his normal catch everything near him.... his hands were made of stone on Saturday. I saw 3 drops....2 or 3 on 3rd down with distance for moving the chains. Thanks. Edited September 16, 2014 by footnfan1

Are we allowed to play offense too? Or is that just a winning program thing?
